Shipping policy

YMYOL Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with YMYOL Brand. We’re committed to making sure your order arrives safely, accurately, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing, delivery, and tracking.


🕒 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it has shipped.

Please note:

  • During high-volume periods (new drops, holidays, or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Customized or pre-order items may take additional time — any extended processing times will be noted on the product page.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping speed selected.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or text so you can follow your package’s progress.


🌍 International Orders

We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your country’s regulations.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.


📦 Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you have not received your tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at info@ymyolbrand.com.


❗️Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, YMYOL Brand is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or weather-related events.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If you still need assistance, email us and we’ll help initiate a claim when possible.


🔁 Address Changes & Order Adjustments

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing checkout.
If you realize an error immediately after ordering, reach out to info@ymyolbrand.com as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to assist before your order ships.
