Refund policy

Because all YMYOL products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or preference.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if there is an issue.

To request a refund or replacement, email support@ymyolbrand.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Returned items are not required for approved claims.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
